Full Notification

This morning, OSBI agents arrested Franklin Combs (d.o.b. 7/11/1959) for the murder this morning of Gayland Moore. Combs was booked into the Hughes County Jail on a complaint of first degree manslaughter. A 911 call was made from Combs’ home early this morning. When officers arrived at 218 S. Walnut, they found Moore dead. An autopsy will determine cause and manner of death, but it does appear Moore died of a gunshot wound. The Holdenville Police Department requested OSBI assistance with this investigation. A mug shot will be released when it is available.
