Missing Child: Mikaela Renee Lynch 9 years old, 4 feet tall and weighs 70 lbs. Brown hair and Blue eyes. Last seen in Highlands Harbor. 
The Lake County Sheriff's Office would like to apologize for the CityWatch Emergency Notification call last night. When the Sheriff's Office attempted to call CityWatch last night at 9:00 PM, they were unable to speak to anyone because of a technical problem with CityWatch telephone system. However, given the circumstances that 9 year old Mikaela Lynch was missing the Sheriff's Office elected to send the alert out in an effort to help locate her safely.
Instructions:
Anyone with information as to the whereabouts or believes they have seen Mikaela Lynch is asked to call the Clearlake Police Department. at 707-994-8251.
