Water meter stolen from the 2800 block of Pleasant Valley Road sometime between 05-11-13 and 05-13-13 
Sometime between 05-11-13 and today unknown person(s) damaged a fire hydrant and removed a water meter and other equipment from a construction site in the 2800 block of Pleasant Valley Road.
