A paving contractor has completed road repairs on McCully Street near the Kapiolani Boulevard Intersection. All lanes were reopened to normal traffic flow as of 4:30 a.m.
The Board of Water Supply (BWS) would like to thank area residents and motorists for their patience and cooperation during this emergency repair.
