Arrest Made in Love County Double Homicide 
This evening, OSBI agents and Love County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Aaron Eugene Carlile (d.o.b. 1-8-1948) on a complaint of two counts of murder in the first degree for killing Thomas Monroe “Sonny” Culwell, 78, and Almenia Culwell, 80, Friday (5/3/2013). The elderly brother and sister were repairing a fence on their rural Love County property when they were shot to death. Carlile, the son-in-law of Thomas Culwell, lived on that property. Hunters found their bodies at approximately 10:40 p.m. Friday.
Investigators interviewed Carlile at the Carter County Sheriff’s Office this afternoon. He was arrested at that location. Agents continue to work the case.
