Two Arrested for Torture – 1300 Block of E. Linwood Avenue 
On April 19, 2013, at approximately 7:03 P.M., Turlock Police Department received a call from a victim alleging he had been tortured two days prior. Based on an extensive investigation, Investigators were able to obtain a search and arrest warrant which was served at 7:23 A.M this morning.
During the service of the warrants, Investigators found evidence that corroborated the victim’s allegations of torture and they arrested 42-year-old, Salvador Rendon, and 35-year-old, Martha Ferguson of Turlock. Rendon was booked for torture, assault with a deadly weapon and a federal immigration hold. Ferguson was booked for torture.
Victim sustained non-life threatening injuries.
