RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY ARREST
(Etowah County, Alabama) An Attalla man has been arrested and charged with receiving stolen property, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.
“James Taylor Wilder, 30, of Attalla, was arrested on Thursday, April 25, and charged with two counts of second degree receiving stolen property, which is a felony,” states Investigator Ben Greene.
Wilder allegedly was in possession of stolen items from two residences, one was located on Scenic Drive, Gadsden, and the other on Lutes Shirley Road, Gallant.
Investigator Greene says, “Some of the items were recovered but, not all.”
Items recovered include a Citizen’s watch, iHome theater system, two laptop computers, LED flat screen television, PlayStation 3 and a cellular phone.
Wilder was booked into the Etowah County Detention Center and released Wednesday, May 1, on $5,000 property bond.
