On 4/26/2013 at approximately 10:45 PM in downtown San Luis Obispo a male juvenile victim was approached by a Hispanic male in his 30's, 5'10" talk, 250 lbs, with a shaved head and tattoos on his head and neck. The suspect demanded the juvenile's skateboard. When the victim refused to give up the skateboard the suspect punched the victim, knocking him to the ground, took the skateboard, kicked the victim in the stomach, and fled as a passenger in a white Nissan Altima with tinted windows. No license plate was given. Witnesses saw the suspect challenging other people to fight in the area and yelled, "Bakersfield" as he fled the scene.
