Rickie Powell is wanted for a Robbery that occurred on 4/18/2013 at the BP Gas Station at 4000 Lexington Rd. During the incident he assaulted a Uniformed Officer with his vehicle. He currently has active warrants for Robbery by Force, Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Assault on a Police Officer, and Obstruction (Felony). His last known address was Old Farmington Road in Bishop, Georgia (Oconee County). He is known to frequently visit Clarke County to include the areas of: Bailey Street; Epps Bridge Road; Martin Circle; Milledge Avenue; Whitehall Road; Downtown.
