On Saturday April 27, 2013 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Sachse Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) will give the public an opportunity to prevent pill abuse, theft and accidents by ridding their homes of potentially dangerous expired, unused, and unwanted prescription and over the counter medications. Bring your medications for disposal to Sachse City Hall at 3815-B Sachse Road. The service is free and anonymous, no questions asked. The only items that cannot be disposed of are syringes and/or needles.
