April in Texas means Bluebonnets!
There are several locations in Sachse where traditionally there are lots of Bluebonnets for viewing. These are usually locations where many citizens take family photos, particularly with their children. Sometimes these locations can become very congested with traffic.
This Spring, we’ve noticed that one of, if not the best, field of Bluebonnets in the City can be found at the City Government Complex on Sachse Road. This very large field of Bluebonnets is behind the Library and stretches all the way behind the Public Safety Building.
There are plenty of places to park safely and a walkway that goes all the way around the back side of the complex for everyone to use.
