Seiling Man Arrested for Possession of Child Pornography

Saturday, April 13th, the Kingfisher Police Department received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about the possible sexual abuse of two children from an Internet address located in Kingfisher. The Kingfisher officer's investigation determined that the IP address was actually in Seiling, Oklahoma. OSBI agents and officers from the Guthrie Police Department, the Kingfisher Police Department, and the Seiling Police Department served a search warrant at 401 S. Maple in Seiling this afternoon.

Heather Bailey (d.o.b. 2/15/1973) was arrested at the residence on a warrant from Major County for failure to appear on an Omission to Provide for Minor Child charge.

Mark Bailey (d.o.b. 7/23/1969), Heather’s husband, was located in rural Dewey County. A computer device was located with Bailey that contained images of child pornography. He was arrested and booked into the Dewey County Jail for Possession of Child Pornography and violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.

No children were determined to be in the Bailey’s home, and investigators do not believe children were being sexually abused inside the residence.
