Board of Water Supply (BWS) crews have restored the roadway and re-opened the Koko Head-bound lane of Waialae Avenue, between Kapahulu Ave. and 1st Ave. so all lanes are now open. The lane had been closed to allow the BWS to repair a leaking 8-inch main that was reported late last night.
The BWS would like to thank area motorists and residents for their patience and understanding as BWS crews worked as quickly as possible to restore water service and the roadway.
