Board of Water Supply (BWS) crews fully restored water service by 7 a.m. to the leaking pipeline at 3114 Monsarrat Ave. and have started to repair the road.
The makai-bound lane of Monsarrat Ave., between Campbell & Kanaina Aves., will continue to be closed as crews work to restore the roadway. Special duty officers are assisting with traffic. Completion of the road repair is anticipated by this afternoon.
