The Mayor and Council Members are excited to invite the public to an “open house” to meet the new City Manager of Los Banos, Steve Carrigan.

The open house will occur prior to the April 17, 2013 City Council meeting between, 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. in the City Hall lobby, refreshments will be provided.
At the April 3, 2013 City Council Meeting, Mayor Michael Villalta announced that Steve Carrigan was selected by the City Council to be the next Los Banos City Manager.
Carrigan’s experience includes seven years as a residential developer, in addition to 20 years working with public agencies guiding various city departments including economic development, housing, redevelopment and special districts. Prior to accepting the position of Los Banos City Manager, Carrigan was the Assistant City Manager with the City of Sanger in Fresno County, working alongside the City Manager on budgets, public safety, economic development, fire transition and water negotiations, in addition to day-to-day city operations.
Carrigan’s first official day on the job will be April 22nd.
