On April 8, 2013 at about 4:30 PM the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office served two search warrants; one at 202 E Broad Street and another at 202 ½ E Broad Street both located within Angola, IN. While searching the apartments purported methamphetamine and marijuana was found as well as items of paraphernalia. Officers also located several counterfeit bills in different denominations.

The following subjects were arrested:

Luther W Fitch J, age 46, of Angola Possession of methamphetamine within 1000 feet of an apartment complex Class B Felony
Maintaining a common nuisance Class D Felony
Possession of paraphernalia Class A misdemeanor

Grover E Lowe, age 54 of Michigan Possession of methamphetamine within 1000 feet of an apartment complex Class B felony
Possession of paraphernalia Class A Misdemeanor


Nikki L Ludlow, age 32 of Michigan Possession of methamphetamine within 1000 feet of an apartment complex Class B felony
Possession of paraphernalia Class A Misdemeanor


Andrew L Fitch, age 26 of Angola Counterfeiting Class D Felony
Possession of paraphernalia Class A Misdemeanor

Kenny R Fletcher, age 40 of Angola Maintaining a common nuisance Class D Felony
Possession of Marijuana Class A Misdemeanor
Possession of Paraphernalia Class A Misdemeanor

Assisting the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office was the Angola Police Department, The IMAGE Drug Task Force, and the Northeast Indiana SWAT Team.
