FUGITIVE FOUND HIDING IN APARTMENT ATTIC AFTER RUNNING FROM TRAFFIC STOP. #OKCOSO

(Oklahoma City) April 6, 2013 an Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office deputy stopped a vehicle at the intersection of NW 122nd & Rockwell for an expired license plate. The deputy spoke with the driver, Henry Floyd Love Jr. (d.o.b. 06/09/1984). Love did not have a license and couldn't provide insurance information.

Love was asked to walk back to the deputies patrol car and sit inside while the deputy continued investigating the situation, but once Love stepped out of his vehicle he took off on foot. Love was seen running toward a nearby apartment complex.

Deputies surrounded the apartment complex with assistance from Oklahoma City Police Department officers. Law enforcement was able to determine that Love was hiding in the attic of one of the apartments.

Eventually Love was found hiding behind a rafter in the attic and was taken into custody. Love was booked on complaints of:

*Driving under suspension/expired tag
*No insurance
*Obstruction of justice
*Operating a vehicle with an improper decal

Love also had an outstanding felony Oklahoma County warrant for possession of a controlled dangerous drug with intent to distribute. Love is currently being held in the Oklahoma County Detention Center.
