Windstream Problems 
The City is aware that Windstream is currently facing technical difficulties. We have been told that a fiber optic line was cut and this is a statewide problem. Windstream reports that they hope to have the line fixed within a minimum of four hours.
You are still able to use your land-line to call 911 and other landlines. Calling from your land-line phone to a cell phone does not currently work.
