WANTED FOR
SEXUAL BATTERY, 243.4(a)PC 
While the victim (FH/17) was walking on Greenleaf Blvd., CPT, the suspect drove by whistling at her and blowing her kisses. As the victim crossed Thorson Ave., CPT, the suspect parked his vehicle and began following her on foot. The suspect then grabbed her from behind, pinned her against a gate and sexually assaulted her. The victim was able to break free and run away.
