Walk For Wishes affects Crown Center traffic
The City of Kansas City, Mo., is notifying motorists that the Make-A-Wish Foundation’s annual Walk For Wishes event will affect traffic around Crown Center starting at 8 a.m. Saturday, April 6.
The route for the walk is as follows: Participants will start at the Crown Center stage and head south on Grand Boulevard; east on 26th Street; north on McGee Trafficway; east on 25th Street; northwest on Pershing Road; north on McGee Street; west on 22nd Street; south on Grand Boulevard; around Washington Square Park; and return south on Grand Boulevard back to the Crown Center stage.
The walk should end by 9:30 a.m. Please heed any detour signs and observe caution during this event.
