PUT IT DOWN is an initiative focusing on drivers who violate the wireless phone and device statute 39:4-97.3
Please for the safety of everyone-Texting and Using cell phones while driving can WAIT. Pull over or just simply wait to make or take that call.
Many local police departments including Far Hills Police will be out on specific details to enforce the law. Distracted driving leads to many accidents resulting in death or injuries.
