Details:
On 04/01/2013 at approximately 3:40 am, Gilroy Police Officers responded to The “Super Taqueria” Restaurant for on an intruder alarm. At arrival officers observed Suspect Crump exciting the business via a shattered glass door. Upon seeing the Officers, Crump fled on foot, leaving behind a bag containing burglary tools. Officers pursued Suspect Crump and apprehended him approximately ¼ mile away. It appeared Crump fled the scene prior to him being able to remove any items from the business.
A suspicious vehicle (Older model Red over Black GMC Jimmy SUV) was seen in the area during the incident. This vehicle is of interest only at this time.
