On 03/23/2013 just before 3:00 pm, Steuben County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 22 year old Dakota J. Wolfe of rural Ashley, Indiana on a warrant charging Wolfe with one count of class C felony Sexual Misconduct with a Minor. The arrest was a result of a 3 week Sheriff’s Office investigation into an alleged incident involving Wolfe and a 15 year old female child. The alleged incident occurred in September of 2012 in the Angola area of Steuben County. Wolfe was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Steuben County Jail. Wolfe is being held without bond pending a court appearance. The Sheriff’s Office was assisted in the investigation by the Steuben County Department of Child Services and the Ashley Police Department.
