Man Wanted for Annoying/Harassing a Child in Vista

Take a good look at this sketch. This man is wanted for annoying/harassing a child in Vista. The incident happened on March 11th at 1:13 p.m. in the parking lot of Foothill Oak Elementary School at 1370 Oak Drive in Vista.

A man in a black pickup truck approached the girl as she was volunteering as a cross guard for the school. He told the girl to get into his truck because her mother had asked him to pick her up from school. The girl did not know the man and ran inside the school.

The suspect is described as a black man in his 30s with short hair and clean shaven at the time. His right eye was bruised/blackened and had a cut underneath it. He also has a tattoo of a dragon on his upper arm and a stud on his nose. He was last seen wearing a short sleeved shirt and blue jeans.

The black Toyoto pickup truck has a cracked rear window and is dented on the passenger side.
