Robbery Suspects Arrested 
On 03/07/13, at approximately 2219 hours, Menlo Park Police responded to a report of a robbery which had just occurred at the Chevron Gas Station located at 1399 Willow Road.
Two male suspects walked up to the victim while he was paying for his gas at the cashier’s window and took a twenty dollar bill from the victim’s hand. There was a brief struggle and then both suspects fled on foot. The victim got back in his car and pursued the suspects. He caught up with them approximately one half block away. The suspects returned the money and then fled in a vehicle. The victim pursued the vehicle into East Palo Alto and called 911. The vehicle was located by police and the occupants were arrested.
The two suspects were identified as Warner Travis (18) of Menlo Park and Jeffrey Thames (21) of San Francisco. They were both booked in the San Mateo County Jail on charges of robbery and conspiracy to commit a crime.
