47 year old Tommy Biggs of Winslow was arrested this morning on a warrant from an accident last June. 
Earlier this morning, 47 year old Tommy Biggs of Winslow was arrested on a warrant from an accident that took place in June 2012 on State Road 64 near Oakland City, IN.
Biggs is charged with operating while intoxicated causing death.
Biggs is currently being held in the Gibson County Jail and is scheduled to be in court later this morning.
