LOCATION: 683 DRACO DR, PETALUMA
SUSPECT VEHICLE:
SUSPECT: DANIEL STOLZ, 52 YEARS OLD, PETALUMA RESIDENT.
SUMMARY: On 2/16/13 San Rafael Police Department issued a warrant for Stolz for an attempted robbery that had occurred in San Rafael. On the above time and date, Petaluma Officers observed Stolz in front of his residence. Stolz fled the residence before Officers were able to make contact with him. Officers with the assistance of Petaluma K-9 Bosco checked the area. K-9 Bosco located Stolz hiding in a boat in a nearby boat storage facility. Stolz was taken into custody without incident and later released to San Rafael Police Department.
