The Summit Police, Fire and DPW would like all Summit residents to adhere to City guidelines following the recent snow storm:
Please make sure your sidewalk is clear of snow, so that everyone can use them safely. The Summit Police will be issuing city ordinance violations for failure to do so.
All residents are reminded that it is not permitted to put the snow from your driveway into the roadway. The Department of Public Works is working very hard to keep the roads clear and safe for everyone.
The Summit Fire Department would like to remind everyone to please not pile snow in front or on top of fire hydrants. Please keep your area fire hydrants clear of snow.
