On February 9, 2013 a resident in the 100 Block of Hillcrest Avenue, Fayette County, reported an attempted robbery incident. The complainant stated she was approached while getting into her vehicle by a slender black male approximately 5'10" tall who demanded her wallet. The male reportedly displayed a handgun. The suspect fled without taking any property. No injuries were reported.
