“Advisory Update”
Upon consultation with the county EMA and County Engineers road supervisor, the Gallia County Sheriff has authorized a level I snow and ice driver alert. This alert is cautioning drivers that weather conditions have deteriorated and drivers are urged to "Use caution if driving roads are icy and snow covered" Increased snowfall (especially in the north end of Gallia County)and icy conditions on secondary roads have prompted a reminder to drive with caution / a level 1 snow advisory.
