Sheriff Joseph Undersood Jr reports that on January 16, 2013 at 5:15 am his department investigated a traffic crash at M 60 and Lake Shore Dr in Niles, MI. Marty Lee Rincon 37 of Stevensville, MI was traveling eastbound on M 60 where he appeared to run off the road way left into the center divider and rolling his vehicle several times. Rincon was transported to South Bend Memorial for his injuries by SMCAS ambulance service.

The Sheriffs department were assisted by Howard Fire and State Police. Rincon did not appear to be wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and alcohol may have been a factor. The traffic crash is under investigation.
