Lakewood Traffic Investigators Seek Witnesses to Fatal Pedestrian Traffic Collision. 
Traffic investigators are seeking additional witnesses to a fatal traffic collision involving a pedestrian.
The collision occurred on the evening of December 23, 2012, at approximately 5:40 pm. The victim, Ms. Lim Chong, 80 years old, was struck by a car while crossing the street at Del Amo Boulevard and Bloomfield Avenue in Lakewood. She succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
The driver of the car remained at the scene and was not impaired. No charges have been filed.
