Topsfield Police Press Release 
At approximately 5:30 am on January 7, 2013, patrol officers of the Topsfield Police Dept. acting on information received from Detectives stopped a motor vehicle on High Street extension in Topsfield. Officers identified the operator of the vehicle as Michael P. Miller, age 48, Middleton, Ma. who was taken into custody and charged with allegedly failing to Register as a Sex Offender.
Mr. Miller was arraigned at the Ipswich District Court at Newburyport where he was released on bail for a future court date.
