Take a good look at the sketch of this man. He is wanted for exposing himself to women at an apartment complex in the 2200 block of Carol View Drive in Cardiff on December 17th. Witnesses say he was wearing a green hooded sweatshirt and was naked from the waist down. He was also reported to be engaging in a lewd act. He has been observed on two other occasions in the same area on November 29th and December 7th. The man is described as a white male adult between 25 to 30 years old with short, light brown hair.
