At about 3:00 pm today, the South Pasadena High School school day came to a close without incident. The South Pasadena Police Department is continuing our investigation into the initial threat, but as of this writing, we have not developed any new information that would suggest the threat was credible.

In situations such as these, our primary concern is to ensure a safe learning environment for the students and faculty. Through our close partnership with the South Pasadena Unified School District, we will continue to do everything possible to achieve that mission.
