Update: Shooting on Vale St. 
The victim of the shooting is Ian Michael Millard 9/7/1988. The suspect is Robert James Reno 12/11/1981. It appears that the two subjects were involved in an altercation. At some point during that time Reno produced a weapon and shot Millard in the chest.
Reno was interviewed and is currently in custody. The investigation is still ongoing.
