Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide Bureau detectives are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding a suspicious death of a female adult who was discovered on Thursday, November 15, 2012, in the 1100 block of Poppy Street, Carson.
Carson Sheriff's Station deputies discoverd the female adult after a "Check the Welfare" call for service.
Detectives are awaiting the cause of death determination from the Los Angeles County Department of the Coroner.
There is no suspect information.
