Drug Arrest 
At approximately 5:23PM, on Wednesday, 14 November 2012 members of the Perth Amboy Police Department’s Special Investigations Bureau came into contact with an individual identified as Eliezer Diaz, age 42 of 375 State Street, Perth Amboy, N.J. in the parking lot of that location as he exited the passenger side of a vehicle. After further investigation, Diaz was found to be in possession of approximately (17) grams of cocaine along with $2,150.00 in U.S. Currency. Diaz was then arrested and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of over ½ ounce of cocaine with the intent to distribute (2nd Degree), & possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute within 1000 feet of a school zone (Perth Amboy Adult School).
Bail was set by the Honorable Judge George Boyd at $50,000.00 with no 10% option. The investigation was led by Detective Mabner Terron.
