Curbside Collection of Tree, Leaf and Brush Debris will begin Nov 15th. 
Franklin Township will begin curbside collection of vegetative debris (leaves, trees, brush, branches, etc.) due to Hurricane Sandy on Thursday, November 15. This will be a one time pass through the Township beginning on November 15.
Additionally, the Franklin Township Convenience Center located at the corner of School Ave & Berry St, will be continue to be open Monday-Friday until November 30 and Saturdays November 17th and 24th for free drop off of vegetative debris (leaves, trees, brush, branches, etc.) due to Hurricane Sandy. Drop off hours are weekdays from 7am to 3pm and Saturdays from 9am to 3pm.
Non vegetative debris (construction debris, furniture, appliances, etc.) will NOT be accepted.
Additionally for each filled bag of leaves you bring in, it will be replaced with an empty bag at no charge.
Also please be advised that leaf collection started up on Friday, November 9. However, leaf collection is being done with reduced forces due to the majority of forces working on storm cleanup.
