A storm bringing a wintery mix of wind, rain and accumulating snow is expected today into tomorrow. Exact tract will determine the amount of snow, which will be heavy. Anywhere from 1"-5" has been forecast. The wind and heavy snow combination may once again cause power outages. Maintain checks of weather related media outlets for the most up to date forecast.

Residents are reminded of local ordinance which requires vehicles to be removed from roadways when more than 3” of snow has fallen and must remain off the street until the snow has stopped and shall remain in effect until the streets have been plowed sufficiently and to the extent that parking will not interfere with the normal flow of traffic.

Other local ordinances require the clearance of the snow from sidewalks and also prohibits shoveling or throwing snow into the roadway.
