SUSPICIOUS DEATH INVESTIGATION 
SUSPICIOUS DEATH
(STOCKTON, CA) On 11-02-12, at around 10:00pm a subject wearing all dark clothing and a hooded sweatshirt, walked into a restaurant on Charter Way, handed an employee a note requesting someone call the police and have them search a residence in the 2400 Blk. Waterloo Rd. The subject fled the restaurant on foot in an unknown direction.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to the 2400 Blk. Waterloo Rd. and discovered a deceased male with an apparent gun shot wound to the head.
Sheriff’s detectives were called to the scene and have taken over the investigation. There were no signs of forced entry, theft, or struggle. The investigation is continuing.
