As per Executive Order 108, as of noon tomorrow, Saturday, November 3, 2012, ODD/EVEN gas rationing will take effect. Translation: If the last number of your license plate is an even number, you get gas on an even numbered day. If your plate does not display a number, it is considered an ODD numbered plate. The order does not give an expiration. This order pertains to PASSENGER vehicle license plates ONLY.
