HALLOWEEN: If you must celebrate Halloween during this crisis, remember that you should NOT go door to door. Roads and sidewalks are still littered with trees, limbs, wires, transformers and other hazards that would make doing so dangerous, if not potentially lethal. There is NO current plan to "reschedule" Halloween, but that doesn't prevent you from rescheduling your own home party, etc., to some time after this crisis has ended. Remember also that the County wide curfew is still in effect from 7PM to 7AM until further notice.
