Due to Safety concerns, Halloween in North Caldwell will be canceled for 10/31/12. We hope to reschedule for a later date. The Borough of North Caldwell and the Surrounding towns are still without power. There are numerous trees and wires still down, causing hazardous conditions for anyone in the area. With the lack of street lights Visibility is poor making it difficult to see anyone that might be walking. Please stay off the street and stay indoors.
