The Readington Township DPW will not be picking up tree debris placed at the curb.

We are, and continue to clear the roads for the safety of the travelling public. As of the close of business on Tuesday 10/30, our crews have been though each street to “clear” any trees that were not involved with wires. We will clean up behind the power company as they open up areas that are blocked by trees involved with power lines.

If trees have fallen (i.e. originated) on your property out into the street and the Township crew has cut/pushed it/moved it back onto the property then it is the homeowners responsibility to finish cleaning up.

The Township will not be picking up branches, debris, etc.; but residents may bring tree debris to the Recycling Center. The disposal fee will be waived through Saturday November 24th.
