Declaration of State of Emergency.
1. A mandatory pedestrian curfew is hereby imposed between the hours of 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM. All non-emergency and non-essential pedestrian travel is hereby prohibited until further notice due to excessive unsafe conditions inclusve of live downed wires, unstable trees and flying debris.
2. The Fort Lee Police Department is hereby empowered to close any roadway which, in its unfettered discretion, is unsafe or its closure is in the best interest of community residents.
3. All Halloween activities, including "trick or treating", are hereby suspended until further notice and all unsafe conditions have been completely abated.
4. All garbage collection is hereby suspended until further notice. Residents are prohibited from leaving garbage cans, receptacles, and debris curbside until this restriction is lifted.
5. All residents are hereby ordered and directed to conserve water. The use of water for non-essential purposes is hereby prohibited until further notice.
