New Topsfield Trick or Treat hours will be Saturday, November 3, 5 pm to 7:30 pm. 
We are aware of the conflict with sport and school related activity during the proposed Trick or Treat hours of 3-5:30 pm on Saturday. Those hours were chosen due to concerns over storm related damage. After consultation with Public safety officials we believe that the debris concerns should not pose an issue if the Trick or Treat hours are pushed back. As such, the new Topsfield Trick or Treat hours will be Saturday, November 3, 5 pm to 7:30 pm.
