The National Weather Service issued a FLOOD WARNING for KING AND QUEEN COUNTY until 1245AM Tuesday.

HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE TO FALL OVER THE AREA THIS EVENING. ALREADY SATURATED SOIL WILL CAUSE LOCALIZED FLOODING AND PONDING OF WATER OVER ROADWAYS. THE POSSIBILITY OF DOWNED TREES AND POWERLINES WHEN COMBINED WITH HIGH WINDS THIS EVENING MAY CAUSE POWER OUTAGES AND UNSAFE CONDITIONS OUTDOORS.
