This video is associated with a homicide that occurred on December 22, 2011 at 10:30 am in the 4600 block of West Street.

The video, released by Oakland Police Investigators today, shows Victim Charles Butler parallel parking and accidentally hitting the vehicle parked in front of his. There is a conversation between Victim Butler and the driver of that vehicle. Victim Butler is seen going into the store and is seen being followed in by the passenger of the suspect vehicle. The suspect vehicle left the scene. The passenger from the suspect vehicle is seen leaving the store after Victim Butler.

Witnesses report that Victim Butler was gunned down several blocks away by an occupant of the suspect vehicle. Both subjects in that vehicle are wanted in connection with the homicide. The suspects are described as African American males in their early 20's. One is described as 5'7" tall 200 lbs, and the other is described as 6'2" 170 lbs. The vehicle is described as an early 1990's Lexus LS 400. It has four doors and is dark green or black.

The Oakland Police Department requests the assistance of the media and the community in identifying the two suspects who are wanted in connection with the homicide of Charles Butler.
