McLean County EMA is hosting the Functional Needs Registry. Please sign up yourself or a family member that has a functional need or needs support during disasters or if there is a possible reason for evacuation of their neighborhood.
This is a secure database on the main County server that only my office can access. It is simple to register go online at www.mcleancountyil.gov and at the EMA deaprtment or health department download a form and mail it, or deliver it to our office at 104 W. Front St. Bloomington, IL 61702-2400 or call my office and we will be sure to pick it up or get one to you and help you fill it out if requested. It is important that we can help you during a disaster or incident near you.
